1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay, but we will notify you via email or SMS of any significant delays.

Please note: Processing time may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotions).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. The cost and delivery time depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your location.

Domestic Shipping (Within the United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Cost: $5.99 (Free for orders over $50)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

    • Cost: $12.99
  • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days

    • Cost: $19.99

International Shipping:

We are happy to ship internationally to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location. During checkout, you will be presented with available options and their respective costs.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited International Shipping: 3-7 business days

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (or SMS if you opted in). You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to physical addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain products may not be available for international shipping due to import/export restrictions or vendor limitations. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all address details are correct before completing your order. Vendcane Group is not responsible for delayed, misdirected, or returned packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

While we take great care in packaging your order, shipping delays or damages may occur. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

If your order is lost during transit, please notify us immediately, and we will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the situation.

7. Customs and Duties (International Orders Only)

For international shipments, please note that you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

If you refuse a shipment due to customs duties or taxes, we will not be able to refund shipping costs.

8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

If you'd like to send items to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

9. Holiday Shipping
